Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship our products all over the world. 

Free Shipping available worldwide. Check notification bar at the top of the site.

To find out how much shipping is to your country without reaching the free amount just add products to the cart and continue to checkout.

How long does shipping take?

To ensure a super high quality, every product is custom made for you when an order is placed. This manufacturing process takes about 2-4 days. So after your order is fulfilled approximate shipping times are as follows. 

United States: 3-5 business days.

Canada: 5-10 business days.

Europe: 5-10 business days.

Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Each item has different shipping prices so to find out how much shipping will cost you, add the product(s) in the cart and proceed to checkout. 

Please note that TrackValley is not responsible for any import or customs fees that maybe charged when your product enters your country/state of delivery. 

Sizing

Where can I find the sizing information?

On each product page you will find sizing if applicable. Please follow the measurements carefully to avoid ordering the incorrect size. 

My item doesn't fit right, can I exchange for a new size?

Of course you can! The exchange policy is 30 days. If 30 days has passed you are not eligible for an exchange. You will need to ship the incorrect size item back to us at your cost and we will ship the correct sized item to you. As shipping costs are not covered you will need to pay the shipping for the correct sized product. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. How do I care for my products?

Do not dry clean any of our products. Please follow the care instructions on the label inside of each product. We recommend you wash your garment inside out and where possible hang dry. Non-standard washer products such as hats and bags should be cared for differently. Please check out YouTube tutorials on how to wash these items.  

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

How do I return or exchange an item? (100% Satisfaction Guarantee)

We are so confident that you will love your new Track Valley apparel that we stand by your order with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If 30 days have passed since the purchase date, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

If you ordered an incorrect size item you can request an exchange in another size. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange you will be liable for the shipping costs on the item back to us and for the shipping costs of the correct sized item to you. Please see our sizing charts on each product page to avoid this. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item to return or exchange we recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking.

All orders on sale items are final. A no refund or exchange policy applies to sales items.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you received the wrong or a defective item please email us info@trackvalley.com with photos to verify. We will then send you a new product as soon as possible.
